Bring back my hard earned money, No service

Poor customer service, dishonesty and lack of integrity, I deposited R11 900,00 in December 2022, for the wall unit the guy confirmed receiving money, since that day I have been asking because there’s no communication from him, I have been **** to for 4 Months, until I decided to get my money back, all of a sudden I’m told about the Supplier and I don’t understand what’s the supplier got to do with my refund, lately he’s intimidating me because I asked my sister to find out about my refund, I’m sure he is taking advantage because I am a woman. He is just ignoring my messages now, I have decided to take the legal route.
