2years, No service - No full refund!

It’s been two years and still regret why I did business with Jena and Sons Group. In 2022 I paid an amount of R18500 as a deposit to build and install a TV stand together with a sleigh bed for my new property. Up to date the service was never rendered. After a battle and help from department of Consumer Affairs, they made only a payment of R6100 in November 2023…leaving an outstanding amount of R12400 (+R140 instructed by the court). As to why the service was never rendered and my money paid back in full- I don’t know, no communication, no apology, nothing! Jena And Sons please pay back all the outstanding balance that you owe me and we part ways..it’s been over 2years! Thank you.
