PAID UP LETTER

I had 2 loan accounts with SWU Credit Solutions, which were issued on different dates. I failed to pay on time my accounts. I was handed over to Hybrid debt collections. I contacted Hybrid beginning of Feb this year and asked for settlement amount: CRE 5249 ref no. I paid the settlement amount on the 29th Feb. I have been asking Hybrid for the paid up letter, they referred me to SWU Credit. SWU Credit referred me back to Hybrid because I have paid the money to Hybrid. Its been pillar to post from Feb until now. On my credit profile, SWU Credit: CRE 5249 appears as in arrears.
