Disrespectful behaviour from Management
Good evening I would like to share my horrible experience with this specific company recently took out a loan and wasn't given proper information about the repayment date ...and I phoned on Monday to inform them of my situation hoping to speak with reasonable person who would understand my situation..even gave them the go ahead to deduct now January as the arrangement was already in place spoke to a gentleman by the name of Pier who wasn't sympathetic instead he asked me what is the problem after I stated the above which they should take note of after that I called him into order as he was very disrespectful and he lost his marbles and dropped the phone call. Then I logged a complaint about this gentleman to a lady called Mrs Venter(Branch Manager)who informed me that she doesn't have to inform me about how she dealt with Pier the lady.s attitude was a concern she was so angry for now reason eventually I also gave it to her. Both staff members stated above are part of Management are honestly dragging the companies name into disrepute with their bad behaviour of arguing and cross questioning customer's from today they've lost a customer they lack customer etiquette,manners and can't resolve any conflict management.
