JC SAT - did not return DSTV BOXES x 3

I was introduced to Johan Smith owner of JC Sat, when he was commissioned by the landlord of a property that I was renting. It was agreed that we would meet on Friday, 29 June at 11:00 am, where I would provide him with decoders to complete installation. 2 Exploras were provided in addition to a third mini decoder. With only 2 installation points, it was agreed to install the 2 Exploras. The mini decoder was removed by myself, but all boxes and other material were left with Johan and his team to complete installation. After the installation, I was contacted by the landlord to collect decoders as I would only be moving a few days later. When I tried contacting Johan after discovering that none of the Dstv boxes were returned, my calls remainder unanswered. I left messages, to no avail. Eventually, my husband called from a different number and Johan answered. He denied any knowedge of the boxes and accused the landlord of *****ing these. We have given Johan numerous opportunities to rectify the situation, but he remains firm that I had misplaced the boxes. He has no remorse and is unapologetic that he and his team were the only people working on site and the boxes were in his care.
