Worst service

Worst experience with these people. So we rented a unit through them and almost stayed there 2 years. When we moved in we had an inspection and there was quite a few thing they had to repair as the previous people damaged this. After living there for longer than a year no repairs were done, even though we kept asking the agent when these repairs will be done. So about 3 months before we moved out the tap in the backyard broke and a big part of the back yard was completely muddy so no one could enjoy the yard and we had to live with the mess. But all they kept saying is they would get body corp to fix this. Then we gave notice and moved out. They were very fast in taking money from our deposit in order to paint and remove *****s (that most of them was there when we moved in) but I had to wait 2 weeks to get the quote from the agent. But then just got the invoice that just has a straight amount on it. Not like a normal quote that will give you a breakdown of what the paint cost what the labor costs, ect. When mentioned to the agent she gets rude or should I say sarcastic. So trust me they are not fast to help you do the repairs that they are supposed to do but they are fast to take your money :)
