We refer to your review and have investigated the matter with your rental agent and the following refers:- We are currently following the CPA process in terms of the early termination of your agreement. We confirm that you vacated the premises on 4 October 2019, whereafter we received your lawyers letter dated 7 October 2019, to which we responded on 14 October 2019 with full details. You have since approached the Rental Housing Tribunal, and we are awaiting further communication and instruction from the Tribunal as to taking this matter forward.
