Wiseman Ndlovu of the Jawitz Properties is a *******.

My mother was approached by an agent name Wiseman Ndlovu, he advised them that he can sell the house for her and my father since he has seen the house has been for sale a long time.

Both parties agreed on the amount on which was to be paid to the agent.

Firstly agent would lie almost all the time he says he is coming to view the house or sending someone over. He would switch his phone when we called him after the phone had rang several times. He would show up late on agreed time or be a no show.

Before the finalization of the process he advised them of new costs my parents were supposed to pay, he was informed that the house was sold at a low price because they were aware of certain things that needed fixing.

He went ahead to check the issues of which he reported back to them, he informed them that those issues would need fixing before their money can be sent to them and this was after the bank had deposited money into the lawyers account.

He was informed to send quotations before doing any work and he only sent the quotation after the work was done, my mother informed him that the electrical cost were too high and she is against that. He never sent the plumbing quotation.

My mother sent the lawyers (Shameer hamdulayay attorneys and conveyancers) they were dealing with to enquire a few things and they completely ignored her email and thereafter emailed her about something else.

She resent the email which they also ignored.

They were then sent their money and it was way lesser than the agreed amount, having deducted costs they weren't informed of and that which they did not agreed upon. We have proof of the conversations and emails on this. Please advise where who we can contact to take this further.
