They have given me the worst service ever. They offered no security from the actual landlord and took no responsibility whatsoever when the landlord decide to violate the terms of any agreements regarding the property and takes no responsibility for any property damaged. Contracts made out by Jawitz only app**** to me as the tenant, the landlord is permitted to break as many terms within the contract as he pleases and may do so with impunity as JAWITZ will support this regardless of the contractual agreement more especially clause 19 of the maintenance and take no action. I have had my furniture damaged and the terms of my contact violated, instead of Jawitz correcting the matter, they ignored my emails. This company is unprofessional, immoral and dishonest. They are also spineless and unable to adhere to their own contractual agreement. I would not recommend risking a contract with them and believe me when i say I am not gonna force them to replace my damaged stuff as i will let karma deal with them.

2. Landlord did not attend to any maintenance and upkeep of the apartment and creditors at Jawitz decided to delay or pay my deposit back when I decided to move out. The incoming sheet inspection was not the same as what i signed. The claimed that they gave me 4 keys and would charge me from my deposit if i didn't return the keys. It's no wonder the property is not getting any buyer it is not a conducive and safe place.
