********* bad service

Two months ago I filled out an offer to purchase an apartment in waverly. The agent was forceful and derogatory in this process. My offer fell through as I offered R70k under the asking price. 2 months later I see that the property is back on the market. I emailed the agent but she didn't get back to me. I consequently got hold of the owner, who alleges that she never even saw my offer and that the estate agent told her to go with the highest offer and not bother with the other two. The owner then contacted Chrissie and asked her to please meet me to fill out a new offer. Which I duely did, offering full price. Again the agent spoke down to me andade derogatory comments, asking me if I can afford the apartment. My offer was again refused as the agent said that I didn't have a deposit, which is ridiculous because of this was the deciding factor, I have the deposit. The agent informed me that the owner went with a lower offer. I contacted the principle and the sales director of Jawitz sandton however no one has yet to get back to me. The emigre process has left me with an absolute disgust for the ethics that Jawitz allows to happen
