********* and dishonest behavior from an agent

I would like to lodve a complaint against the estate agent. Mariana Millington from Jawitz Properties Roodepoort and the compsny itself.

We had a verbal agreement with the agent that we would get a discounted commission of 5.5% should we sell our house with her and biy a house through her. Which we have done. However she is now claiming she cannot remember having this agreement with us. She also never changed the commission on the OTP, but advised we should not worry as we will still get the discount. We have been since paid out the proceeds from our sale and we see commission was charged at 7.5%. When we queried it with Mariana, she said she would refer to her manager to correct. After many follow up calls and messages, she comes back to us today and says her manager says it took too long (the delay was from their side) and that they cannot asisst us anymore. This is absolutely unetchical and dishonest behavior from both an agent and a company. We were not obligated to both purchase and sell a property through this agent but did so taking into account that we would be getting a discount.
