They are leeches, you won’t get your deposit back!

Landlord did not attend to basic maintenance and upkeep of his apartment and decided to do so with my deposit when I decided to move out. He used my money to fix things that I had reported and he did not attend to while I was still living there, decided to basically renovate his apartment with my money even though I ensured that I left the apartment in good condition.
