Still awaiting refund from deposit

I occupied one of their properties, Larae's Corner Phase II, Unit 54, Kempton Park. I moved out the end of December and am battling to get my services deposit back R1634,29 + R250 = R1884,29. I liaised with a Rentia Duarte who said payment has been from their "Cape Town Offices" but till to date I have not received any payment in my bank account. I don't understand how can a big company like Jawitz be ***** over a mere R1885? Please assist.
