Shocking service and empty promises,

<p>I wanted to look at an apartment for rental, and arranged with Lindy Lever to see the place. I arrived at specified time, and called her, only to find out that she had "forgotten" about the meeting, or didn't diarise or whatever. Totally unacceptable, and extremely unprofessional and rude!</p> <p>Following on from this, I escalae\ted the issue with management, who were going to send me ther email addresses so that I could put the issue in writing, but this was never done. I never received any message from them. I also spoke to the lady who is the manager of the rentals, who assured me that she would look into the matter and try and rectify. She said that she would follow up the next day to see whether I was satisfied. Still no call from her.</p> <p>In the interim, I saw the apartment, albeit a day late, and I had other options as a result. After seeing the place, Lindy's parting words to me were "Is it a done deal?". Surely this is a bit arrogant and presumptuous? Or is me being overly "sensitive" due to the bad service? I don't think so.</p> <p>I have since received application forms to complete, with clauses that are ludicrous! I won't accept them.</p> <p>And yet still nobody from Jawitz will pick up the phone to discuss, or ask if I am satisfied or even find out whether I eventually received the service I should have.</p> <p>They don't care!</p>
