Selling properties with incorrect information

I bought an off plan property from Jawitz in Feb 2014. The house is still not ready (March 2016), there has been no communication from the guy that signed the contract with me, the builders are non-communicative, the wrong tiles have been used, I've been quoted additional costs for things that were included in the plan, the house will not look like either the show house, or the \artist impression\", and in spite of trying to get to the bottom of the issues, nothing is changing, and no one is bothering to fix it. If you can avoid Jawitz at all costs - it looks like all they're interested in is getting a signature, and then running for the hills."
