I was approved by this agency and was told I will be able to view the flat. Apparently I can only see the property after being approved. When the agent I, Michael Andres told me I can see it the Friday after I made payment of R9850. I send an email request asking him if it's possible to make the arrangement earlier. He phoned me back saying they are very busy and we will meet by Friday. I questioned him when he said I need to pay another R5600 to view the flat. How can I keep on making payments when I haven't seen the place. I found out the flat I app**** for had occupants who were not moving anywhere. Me and my mom gave notice and he is nowhere to be found. He's rejecting my calls and not reply to my email.
