Rental Commission levied Twice

I was charged double commission for my rental property and they are acting like they didn't know that it was levied twice. Emails are being ignored. It's been over a month with zero resolution for something I raised in March and they expect an administration fee for such poor service

Dear Tariro, We understand from our Head of Rentals that there was confusion over the double charge of the brokerage and that the administrator did advise that she would sit with the manager to get to the bottom of it. We further understand that an email was sent to you late afternoon of the 25th confirming our error and that steps would be taken immediately to remedy.  Our Head of Rentals has confirmed that the refund of brokerage was processed yesterday. Please reach out to Ynnis Willson (***) if you need any further clarification
