Rent received from tenant but not paid to Landlord-Don't use them!

Jawitz Amanzimtoti (Previously Remax) has been managing my property for 12 years and for the last 18 months have not paid the rental, received from the tenant, over to me. John Arnold admits that the money was received and paid into someone else's account. He has not made any attempt to pay any of it over after months of trying. The tenant then stopped paying rent and has now left . John again said the deposit at least would be returned to me, but still nothing after 1 month. I even tried to get help from Jawitz Head Office but Mr Jawitz's PA, Debbie, who was helpful to begin with, now washes her hands of it and says there is nothing Head Office can do, other than to ask their Franchisee to pay. I wouldn't use them again, be warned.
