The last year was difficult to sell a sectional title in the Parks. The area has an oversupply and the pandemic made selling a challenge. I was very impressed with Colin Berger and Glynis van Zuydam who are always professional, positive, and honest. In selling my unit, they had both my interests as seller and the buyer at heart. After the sale was stalled due to the pandemic (hold up in paperwork - bank on 6 months in the current climate) they proactively arranged for a occupational rental clause to be added that was hugely appreciated.
