This agency is ********* and ignores client queries, especially when you no longer have a lease agreement in place. This agent will do and say anything to avoid paying the deposit back to its clients/tenant. They have ignored emails asking for answers why my deposit has been slashed by 50% after they created a false impression that they were still finalizing the outstanding issues regarding the outstanding refund of my deposit.
