POOR/Disgusting CLIENT SERVICE!!!!

For the past 2 weeks we have been dealing with one off your sales agent's, Michael Emilio. We are urgently looking for a house to rent on the roodepoort area and arranged with Michael to view the house. The first house We looked at and that we liked, was at 40 green street. After viewing we discussed it and decided to let.Michael know we are taking the house. When we informed him 24hours later, he informed us that we didn't sign.any contract, whic he NEVER even mentioned and that the house has been taken. He has the worse attitude as well since we informed him that we couldn't pick up the location of the house on our GPS ,he.Would time and again tell is that he is leaving and that he can't wait for us. We were literally on at the place, when he called to say he is leaving. That was last week.

We decided to still look as we want to move asap, and found 2 other houses in Courtland, 28 green street and 12 clubhouse drive. I also informed.Michael.that I wanted to view both houses. Today, he told.us again trust we are wasting his time, and we were in the area looking for him. He's not even professional and on both occasions told to go and have a look ourselves. Why.does he not walk us through the.house. He's constantly on a call and when we told him that.We have to pay an uber to take us to the viewings, he said he's also wasting.his money. The house at 12 clubhouse drive was all.dirty and looked horrible! How can you do a viewing of a house in that state?!! No door handles on doors, taps not working, cupboards broken. We weren't happy with the house and asked to see the other one, he told us it was taken. When.I asked him why he NEVER mentioned that other house being taken he couldn't.even.answer. We spend money to get there, he was unprofessional, and wanted to leave. He.Told us he has other houses and then he doesn't.

This is how a *****.operates and if this is how your company does business then I believe everyone should be warned! We.still looking now thanks to Michael who is literally the biggest ***** I've met so far. You claim.that your.company has standards yet so far I just see *******ion!
