Poor service
I moved out of property on 26 April and up to 21 June my deposit has still not been sorted

Your deposit has been refunded on 10 May 2018 and the office has retained an amount of R3620.58. They are awaiting the final account from Ekurhuleni for the period that you occupied the property to determine the amount due by yourself.
Our Brakpan office are in constant communication with you but unfortunately we can’t close the file prior to the final Ekurhuleni account.
The office is available for any discussions but the issue will not be resolved before the final account is delivered.
