Poor Bad Service

This is the worst property management company ever. The property manager Annecke de Clerk is the most rude and unprofessional ever who thinks doing her job is doing the customers a favour. The threats and unnecessary charges whereby you get charged R200 for an email says it all. They really need to know that they are dealing with households and every situation is unique.
