Poor and Unprofessional Property Sale

It is with sad and furious regret that I would not recommend this property agency to anyone planning to enter the property market .Unprofessional and unreliable service, was the experience we had when we recently purchased our very first home. What tops this up, is the fact that the agent who was on the sale is the principal of the Kuilsriver branch, Cape Town and together with his managers(Russel Berkman) are now giving us no other choice than to take this up with board. The ultimate issue is, we bought this property from the agency who now seems to be shifting their poor service on to the sellers which we the new owners had no contact with until things got out of hand. This should be an alert to all young and first time buyers. Companies as big as this can also treat clients like nothing and does not seem to even care to rectify their poor service at all. Watch out and don't trust these agents without keeping your paper trail and other types of proof. We have all our proof and invoices which we will disclose to the necessary parties.
