Pathetic service on property rentals
Jawitz Properties Potch managed my property rental in 2018 and 2019. I did not get the rental for December 2019 to date. No maintenance was done after the tenant moved out in December 2019. They left the Potch premises to Welkom without even giving notifications & left my property keys with some maintenance guys, I had to locate the keys. When I call them to make follow-up I'm sent from pillar to post. Had to do the maintenance myself from my own pocket as I needed a tenant for 2020.
