Never Rent property from Jawitz Properties

When we decide to take the premises, our bank statements was not valid for them with our address where we stay at that time. When we moved in to the property, before I packed out our goods I have to wash the closets and walls and window's. They were not honest with us, to say the geyser or something has leak, and they did not change the wood where the water was on. So every morning when you stand up you smell MIF. We can't really keep the windows open, because the front wall is short. The owner does not want to fix anything. I will never rent for Jawitz again. They are more for the owner as for the people that is renting the property.
