My place has been flooding and land lord doesn’t want to do anything

I have been renting with Jawitz Properties Kempton Park a complex in Terenure called New Beginnings for three years now…and in those years the place gets flooded every time theres heavy rains. I have been reporting and sending them videos since its been happening, till this day i have not received any assistance or signs that it will be fixed. They come as say the drain was not placed correctly and is moving in the wrong direction but they dont fix it they always say they are coming back… tired of replacing my carperts and gadgets that are sometimes on the lower part of the table… I have been asking and begging even held rent money at some point..but instead of fixing my problem they came and cut our lights off…so i had no choice but to pay the rent cause my wife works from home at times. Since December we've had over four floods and they still not doing anything about even if i call and report it everyday…the only time i get communication from them is when they want rent money or services… Some of the plugs are broken stive is broken and has been tripping since we got here, taps are leaking cupboards are falling apart and in the 3 years they just keep promising to fix but nothing is done… Most of the tenants in this complex are tired of complaining cause all they want is money and nothing is done to fix the place. The place…right now estimated damage is over 40k where i had to replace things…I dont know which authorities to report this matter to as is t now become unpleasant here and they just take money…place is convenient for my kids schooling bit the stay has become a nightmare yet rent must be paid in full or they cut your lights off
