MR JOHAN GRIESSEL OF JAWITZ TERRIBLE SERVICE

Mr Johan Griessel of Jawitz properties in Bloemfontein is not answering correspondence, he does not answer phone calls, my rent is R20 000.00 in arrears, He was told numerous times to get rid of the tenant which he forced on us because she had nowhere to move to. He refuses to give the tenant notice, and keeps putting the blame on Violet, who works there, and who does what she pleases. She is in cahoots with the tenant, and I now have a squatting situation on my hands, which Jawitz does nothing about in spite of taking money from me. Please someone help me, Im at my wits end, as I have been battling with Jawitz in Bloemfontein for the last year to do something about the matter and they refuse. When I ask the tenant directly for my rent, she laughs in my face and says she will only talk to Jawitz. She has on one occasion started a fire in my house, and the house was damaged very badly. I am suffering tremendous financial losses because of Jawitz.
