Jawitz treats their clients like dirt!

I had the misfortune of using Jawitz to rent out my property in Meyersdal. The service I received throughout the lease has been shocking and I have been ignored, **** to and dismissed like something that crawled out of a bucket.The tenant vacated the premises before the end of the lease. I was informed by email to make arrangements to collect my keys and take back responsibility for my property even though I no longer live in Jhb. I was unable to have a representative at the out going inspection as they refused to accommodate the person that was supposed to attend. I have just been informedby Charlotte Carlysle-McCullum - after having to email and enquire - that I can collect my keys and exit inspection report from their office whenever I want.<br> Stephen, you and you entire team need to learn some manners! Try picking up the phone and actually speaking to me like a human being.I was the client and the way your company has treated me is nothing short of disgusting. I am still waiting for someone to explain why my rent for January has been short paid. I still need a recon of the municipal charges that were charged to the tenant.
