Jawitz Properties Western Seaboard - Incompetence

A terrible terrible experience. We rented from this company on 2018 and had to fight for months to get our deposit. In 2019 we were looking to rent a larger property and app**** for one with them. We completed all the paperwork - were told that our application was approved and we could prepare to move in, after a few days of silence from them we were told that the owner of the propery had changed her mind - we had already given notice to our landlord. We never took legal actions because apparently we had no rights, now 5 months later we are still receiving invoices and notices of overdue accounts from them for a propery we never even moved into. When i call the office number on the invoice i get told that no one can help me as the person answeing the phone does not know how to transfer the call. When i contact the owner Pieter Davidtz he just ignores me. What a terrible company to deal with - how are they still in business.
