Jawitz Centurion New Management such a disappointment

The new agents withheld R22K of my rental deposit. I was continuously ignored and disregarded whenever I made enquiries. Was overcharged about R4k on prepaid electricity and all my queries ignored. Its 25 days after I moved out of the property and my deposit is outstanding and no communication. Can't help to think the agents want to take care of old pensisioner owner's needs at my expense. New agents at Jawitz and owner treated me like they were doing me a favour by me and my kids living in the house. I have never been so mistreated in my whole life I did at the property.
