Jawits properties- Been waiting for deposit refund!
Rented a flat at no 39 Juno Ridge in Kensington through Jawits and paid full deposit. 5 months after lease has ended we still havent received our full deposit money back. Jawits and their affiliates have acted by ignoring our texts and e-mails. Not sure what to do in this case.

Further to all your communication with our Head Of Rentals yesterday, we confirm that Jawitz Properties was responsible for procuring and not the management of the rental. We communicated as such on 11 July 2018 and confirmed that the deposit was released to the owner and that all maintenance and lease discussions were between yourself and the owner thereafter. We are aware that you are in regular discussions with the owner. Jawitz Properties has been transparent on the extent of our involvement in your lease agreement, and we are unable to assist with this matter any further
