Jawits kempton park Is operating a **** in our complex, for the last 2 years they have denied us an Agm, apparently they are getting kickbacks from the trustees on the projects that happen in our complex.

Our investigations from the managing agent show that your unit is in arrears and, has not adhered to the arrangement made in May this year. The managing agent has now taken action. The managing agent concurs that no AGM has been held in the last 2 year as per the trustee’s decision. We understand that an AGM is proposed for Jan 2024. In relation to the apparent kickback - The trustees are responsible for all the maintenance in the complex. They appoint the contractors, monitor, and approve the invoices for payment. The managing agents have no authority to appoint a contractor or settle an invoice without the trustee’s approval.
