Looked at an apartment to rent in Century city, completed all documentation and was successful, however was told that all repairs will be done during October while place was empty, when it was time for us to move in 1 November 2014, nothing was done, after many emails and messages and phone calls the buck has been passed on from agent to owner to handiman and here we are in February 2015 we are still waiting for all repairs and maintenance to be completed. The instant hot water unit was eventually replaced after threatening the owner of the two branches that I will sue if anything were to happen as the water was leaking on live electrical wires.<br> We have not (as yet) defaulted on any payments, but I have had enough, the shower is leaking, the toilet is leaking, holes in the walls, shower door broken by handiman, kitchen cabinet doors starting to rot , burglar bars were promised so we can open windows and as per the handiman it might be done and installed in 2 weeks.<br> <br> I find the communication dismal, the reliability non existing and the work even worse.<br> Requested a meeting with agent and apartment owner in December already and to date no response.
