INCOMPETENCY

I am really upset at the lack of communication Maryna has shown throughout my tenure as a tenant in one of their properties in Gardenia Crescent. Firstly she failed to give me a copy of the lease even after numerous attempts to get it and she always was going to drop it off (which never happened). Maintenance within the house was a nightmare we still have a pool that looks like a dam and we have been waiting for the electrician for 5 months. Now I have decided to move out and was scheduled to get my deposit back on the 7th of Feb 2015 but there is nothing in my account. Tried to get hold of her and she blatantly ignored my calls and messages. Her talent at making my deposit back on the 7th of Feb 2015 but there is nothing in my account. Her talent at making excuses is really commendable from blaming us for not answering our phones when the service people came (we never got missed calls) to the fact that she is training and now load shedding. I am not impressed at all.?
