Inappropriate Tenants

Jawitz have found tenants for the unit next door to mine in my complex. They are extremely badly behaved and noisy. They shout and carry on day and night and despite being a 3 bedroom unit there appear to be between 6 and 8 people living there. They disobey the rules of the Body Corporate and actually their behaviour gets worse if they're asked to start obeying the rules. The noise and shouting is untenable. They are inappropriate tenants for this complex. Repeated complaints to Jawitz has resulted in nothing - the tenants behaviour just deteriorates. Jawitz clearly do not check the credentials of the tenants nor do they care if the people they find flaunt the rules and make life a misery for other residents in the complex. I would never use Jawitz as rental agents for any property I own and would strongly advise against anyone else doing so
