HORRIFIC SERVICE JAWITZ WELKOM

I am extremely dissatisfied with Jawitz Properties in Welkom. I rent out my property throught them. Two months ago my tenant phones me to say a pipe in the bathroom is leaking between the two walks, I phone Jawitz to go out and fix the pipe which was in between the outside wall and the inside bathroom wall. I paid the invoice on receipt so the problem could be attended to immediately. The pipe was fixed and my tenant informs me they will just buy cement and then close the hole (what the person who did repairs said to her). TWO months later my tenant phones me and ask when the hole in the wall will be fixed and also the titles that Jawitz contractors broke!!!! I am horrified as I assumed that when they fixed the pipe they would replace the tiles (which by the way I will supply as there are still left from tiling) and cover the hole. O NO NOT JAWITZ!! When I phone, I get told I will get a quote for closing the hole and replacing tiles!!! Another R1750.00 added to fix the hole and replace tiles which I will supply. Truly JAWITZ!!!!!!! I am furious, you would think if you pay someone to fix a pipe it would include leaving it in the same way they found it. I am baffled by the absolute unprofessional way that Jawitz Property handles their CLIENTS!! Paid R1095.00 to have the pipe fixed and must now pay R1 750.00 to cover the hole!! REALLY?????!!!!!
