Horrific service and showing away sales

Appalling service from Jawitz! I actually had a great experience previously with Jawitz in Fourways with the purchase of one of my previous properties - but it only takes one agent to ruin everything. This is the first time that I have had an agent not following up with the purchaser - I understand difficult sellers - but I had to call her - had to do the follow ups - there was no negotiation or at least showing that our needs were considered as the purchaser. We actually offered the asking price of R2.5M. After numerous amendments we completed a blank offer and showed that we were not happy but she didn't even bother to follow up. I called when I saw the drop in price. Then had a meeting cancelled at 17h52 on Monday for a meeting on Monday evening - that is terrible timing for giving feedback. If we had difficult sellers and could see the agent had both parties in mind then we would have asked Jawitz to find us a home so even if the offer was declined they would have had another sale through us. Will never recommend Jawitz to anyone as they don't even follow up with viable buyers and blotch deals on their own buy creating a terrible experience - caused us to retract our offer!
