Forced to pay for damages I didn't cause

I was due to move into property at 87 Commissioner where I had to delay moving in because there were issues of the property being dirty as well as parking issues. We reported this and the gentleman at that time Mr Davies was very helpful and saw to it that these issues were dealt with before we moved in. He took pictures of the walls and prepared a report with.<br> <br> When moving out of the property I was told I was being charged for some of these things including those that remained problems when I moved in. <br> <br> When I send pictures proving that the apartment had those issues beforehand the lady I was dealing with disregarded those and I am not sure why the people of Jawitz want to charge me for faults within the building I didn't cause.
