Fine print sharks!

Jawitz properties suggested a 3 year lease for our business and assured us of their assistance should we want to terminate earlier. The landlord subsequently showed compassion to terminate the contract due to Covid. Jawitz on the other hand took all of our deposit funds due to fine print stating they are entitled to 3 years worth of commission. They are marketing the property again and hope of making double profits when they do. Be very aware of these people who will do anything to secure maximum profits to the detriment of their customers.
