Electricity cable outside the unit

An electric cable has been damaged from the circuit breaker and it trips. When they try to switch it on all 4 units are affected now Jawitz wants me to pay the Technician to fix all these what nonsense is that? I pay levies so I don't have to suffer from such. Now I haven't been electricity for 4 days now WOW! Adele please sort out this issue

I have met up with a gentleman called Alan Phillips such a good person and promised to get to the bottom of this because i told him there was person who used to stay in this unit and used to fiddle with the cables from the DB board and i just moved in last month all these happens why should it be my problem.
