DO NOT USE JAWITS AS RENTAL AGENTS!

<p>Whatever you do, do NOT use JAWITS as rental agents!! </p> <p>They make constant mistakes, take weeks to reply to emails, and neglect to provide the services for which they take your money each month. </p> <p>I received a bill for over R6000 today for unpaid levies.... This was something they were supposed to pay each month!! </p> <p>They knew for months that the tenants were leaving and didn't place ads or try to find new tenants until I had nagged them constantly and the tenants were already out! </p> <p>(I am now without rental income and stuck with a huge bill!!!) </p> <p>They did not do the regular evaluations promised, even after I had asked and nagged a great deal. Now, because those were not done efficiently, the previous tenants want to take legal action instead of paying for repairs to the place out of their deposit.... And of course JAWITS has no leg to stand on, because they did not do their job properly!!! (Once again I am left with the bill for the repairs, and no rental income!!!!) </p> <p>(I must add that a staff member actually had the audacity to call me, in tears, to tell me her problems with the deposit!!!!!) </p> <p> </p> <p>In the end, the service has been lacking and bad from the get-go, and has left me thousands of rands in debt because of their incompetency. </p> <p>One word.... DISGUSTING!! </p>
