Do not trust Jawitz Properties with your Property.

Jawitz Properties Pietermaritzburg, did not inform me that my tenant had moved out . They placed new tenants in my property without informing me or signing a lease agreement . That tenant stayed for a month and moved out. I am left with a loss of income , expenses for the new tenants moving in and an unpaid electricity bill. It is a nightmare dealing with anyone there . It was a nightmare getting any honest feedback from them , instead I am faced with threats. Do not trust them with your Property and your money . I have written proof of all accounts and have begun the legal process after trying to resolve the matter fairly . They do not treat their customers fairly . Zero accountability!
