Deposit not paid

I gave a notice on the 1st December, moved out the 4th Jan and handed over keys same day and was promised my refund deposit after 21 days ,when you follow up they keep asking banking details which initially I gave them on the 6th of Jan,week after week they ask same things and now they saying they are waiting for inspection results sheets and the consultants is not at work, which I find hard hard believe.

All I see is they are playing me by delaying everything they can.but when you move in they won't let in till you pay everything. What a pathetic business taking advantage of the disavantaged people .

They prorated my rate for the 3 days but don't do inspection why???? You know what you need to take off the deposit but you still hold me ransom for what my kids depends in that money the reason???????
