Battling to get my deposit back

I vacated Greenside Estate 53 in Bloemfontein on the 30 November 2018.On 18 December2018 I mailed the agency asking them why my deposit was not been refunded, I did not received any response from the agency. Since then I have send numerous E mails dated 19th,21st,30th December 2018 and the9th,14th,18th January 2019 asking for a reason why my deposit was not been refunded. Up and till today I had no response from the agency, they just ignore my E mails and don't give me any answer at all. I found this agency to be unprofessional and useless
