Bad Service

People often complain about treatment received from rental agents but Jawitz properties has to be the worst of them all. I was renting at one of their properties in Welkom and moved out last month already on the 21st June 2018. I still wait to receive my deposit back till today on the 18th July 2018. I was told that I would receive it within 21 days of moving out however this time frame has been exceed and is in contravention with what is stated in the contract. I have been trying to follow up and I am constantly being sent from pillar to post. I was then reffered to the guy who is responsible for processing payouts by the name of Steven Breytenbach and he was so rude to an extent that he told me he still has other 11 deposits to process, so in other words mine was of less importance and besides that how is it my problem that he didn't process everything on time? He is the very same guy that assisted me with moving in and he didn't prioritize that, he didn't get back to me and I struggled to get hold of him as I urgently needed to move in because accomodation is a challenge in that province. I am sick of his attitude and the rest of the agents. They do not prioritize clients. I would never reccommend them to anyone!
