Bad hand over service from Landlord, Inspection and agent.

Monterrey Estate, I was assured a sight inspection would be organized, a month later this has not been scheduled. Again, move in date was on the 15.07.2025, there were 15 days prior to that where deposit was paid, the apartment could have been deep cleaned, I was assured everything was cleaned and in order before the day of the move.

I have subsequently had to get oven cleaners and bathroom cleaners for grouting, out of my own expense.

Apartment was dirty, top to bottom.
