A LAZY UNPROFFESSIONAL COMPANY
Do not ever use this company they would rather deny your application than allow you to have a person like a parent with a stronger credit score co-sign for you all because they don't want to send through an extra form and "It would be too messy for them". This just means they are completely LAZY one would think that a company with "Discerning" tastes when it comes to properties would use the same thinking when it comes to their employees, but I guess not. Also if you have to deal with the company ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL WITH FRANKIE PURSER as she is too lazy to do her job correctly and is wholly unprofessional. She apparently makes all the decisions instead of leaving the final decision to the actual owners of the property as to who they would like to rent their property to which to me is totally disgusting.

We have reviewed the correspondence regarding your interaction with Franki. There was no denied right to submit the application, however you were advised that we would have to do the full vetting on the surety as well and perhaps it would be better to have the surety as part of the lease.
Further to the above, it was also communicated that we have had a lot of interest in the property and that all applications would be put to the landlord for a final decision. Our head of rentals will connect Michael in the next 24 hours.
