I rented a townhouse through jawitz properties kuils River and the agent was Charnae ,for 14 Suikerkan Crescent Eikenbosch. Charnae is a very pleasant and friendly person ,she assisted us with everything with so much pride ,but the landlord Vennessa Botha a real drama queen We rented the house for 4 months but it felt like forever? We where on six months probation but had to cut it short due to harassment from the landlord.The day that we viewed the house the first time the front door was so stiff that the agent struggled to open it .A month later the door didn't want to open or close properly so the landlord send a bush mechanic to repair the door ,he didn't had a clue what he was doing but eventually after a full day the door was abit better,he app**** the cement in the cracks with a cloth and later also painted that area with the same cloth,now she is claiming payment for the door.She charge me R1000 for taking out green beans and beetroot that I don't eat ,but I replaced it with spinach and lettuce.She also accused my for *****ing a plant pot with a dead plant in it so be warned who ever rent that place .I just feel sorry for that poor agent because she is such a lovely person to be bul**** by the land lord.
