We ordered and fully paid for a stove on the 20th August 2026. We were promised delivery on the following day due to renovations being done to our kitchen. We then received an e-mail from the delivering courier demanding payment of a "refundable" courier fee of R6,756 before the stove can be delivered. We contacted Javed who confirmed that their courier does not charge delivery cost. The stove was never received and after various requests for a refund, we are ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ENTITY.
